Adhara Star
Acube’s first project, located in Arjan, Dubai, comprises 17 floors and 113 fully equipped and furnished residences, and sold out within two months of launch. Named after Epsilon Canis Majoris (Adhara), a luminous blue-white supergiant, Adhara Star symbolically channels brightness and prominence across 150,000 sq ft of built-up area. The star-inspired name underlines Acube’s intent: to deliver landmark homes that stand out in both design and execution. Key amenities include a sky pool and rooftop lounge with surrounding BBQ areas, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, indoor and outdoor gym, dedicated children’s play area, Japanese Tea garden, basketball court, and more.
Electra
Electra is a luxury 38-floor residential tower in JVC, offering 278 units.
